Sample meal structure to follow during your protocol

Morning (upon waking):

16 oz fresh celery juice on an empty stomach. Wait 15-30 minutes before consuming anything else.

Breakfast:

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie or fresh fruit (can add raw honey for sweetness if needed).

Mid-Morning Snack (optional):

Fresh fruit, dates with raw honey, or celery sticks with raw honey.

Lunch:
